Our Leadership
We lead for the greater interest of the children and families we serve. We hire the best to lead and provide supervision for every child we serve. Dr. Spencer leads his team of experts; positive attitudes and spirits are required. Our leadership is comprised of Educators, Clinicians, Parents, and others who make the cut. We only want the best.
Clinical Director
Our Cinical Director will be compassionate, innovative, creative, and in-tuned with each child. As with our philosophy of fun and joy, our director will add value to whatever we do, what is required, and how we harmonized these aspects. Real preference assessments with incredible reinforcing outcomes. It's all about how we interact with, and motivate your child. We understand the value of genuine care and extraordinary support for your child, this is one of the many things we safeguard.
Our Clinicians (RBTs and BCBAs)
Our therapist are more than just Registered Behavior Technicians, they are also well-educated as they must met the requirement of a minimum of an Associate's Degree. We want higher thinking as well as individuals who have started and finished a major goal post high school. With the innovation and technology we will be using, our therapist will deliver more than you imagine, exactly what we dream. So how do we do it, how do we guarantee the best? Well, that's simple. We treat them like the professionals they are, and we pay them well because they are worth it. We create an environment that is not only mentally healthy, but also very rewarding. We know how to make our folks happy, and we also know that people who want to work for you, not have too, are the people you want.
Our BCBAs will be creative, supportive, transparent, and present; to oversee the programs being developed and implemented for your child. Each BCBA will understand the value of the RBTs and their role's in your child's life. The BCBAs will design programs that are fun, exploratory, innovative, and deliverable, by the therapist that implement the program. Our BCBAs will have a valuable impact on the overall operation and success of the services we provide. Our BCBAs will exhaust all efforts to build quality programs including seeking out opportunities for innovation and technology as exampled across the US and some places around the world. Every child deserves our best.
